These are diet tips to stay in your TTS or getting smaller to be a different TTS.

I say P90XNS does the job!!!!

anybody else have any other tips?!

P90X is great... not enough cardio for me. I was doing the plyo every other day and skipped the lame cardio routine that came with it. but it's a great home workout if you can't get to the gym Smile

I need the gym though to get truly motivated.

Adderal and if that doesn't work try Crack...first smoke it, if you have to shoot it up. Try under your tongue and no one will know until you get a big nasty abcess, but you'll be wearing really tiny PD so who the hell cares?
